And just like that it's freezing cold and winter has officially arrived! There was even a beautiful snow flurry to kick off back to school this Monday morning. As noted in my profile I am teacher and just went back to work after our much needed winter break.

I also spent a little time playing around the with the settings on my camera this weekend and decided to photograph some of the roses I bought today.
Never thought of wearing red Hunter boots, I really like the way they pick up the red in the scarf and I have that scarf. Hmmmm something to think about.
