Good morning! I saw this idea of sharing a series of five on another blog, linked here, and I LOVED the idea. So I wanted to share my own. On the last Friday of the month, you can expect to see some of my favorite's in groups of five.
Good morning! Today I'm featuring a round-up of some of my favorite holiday looks. Every look features items under $100 and available to ship & deliver in time for Christmas! I've broken them into a variety of categories, so there's a style for everyone. Some of my favorites involve lace & sequins, but I've also included some jeans and leggings options for a more casual & comfortable option.
Definitely let me know which one is your favorite. Feel free to mix & match outfits and I'd love to see your look. If you're on Instagram, tag me & send me a pic! We can call it #rosesandrainbootsholidaylooks
This guide is designed specifically for YOU, my last-minute gift shopper. I know, it's not truly last-minute shopping yet. Most stores are even still guaranteeing delivery for Christmas, with standard shipping for the next few days. Still, I wanted to go ahead and share some last-minute gift options all from Amazon (not sponsored), because who doesn't love Amazon?

Every year I feel like Christmas shopping gets harder and harder. For obvious reasons. Once you live on your own and basically "adult" you're able to save and buy things for yourself that maybe you wouldn't as a kid. Because we enjoy the act of gift giving, my family and I read about this challenge a few years ago, actually right around the time B came into the picture, and we've stuck with it ever since.
Coming at ya is a highly requested gift guide post! We are talking gift guides for all the kids in your life! We are talking ages 3-6 gift guides, the "tween" gift guide, the young adult gift guide, etc! These recommendations come from discussions with family members about what's on their kid's lists and from what's the buzz around school.
One tradition that will never get old is the tradition of shopping for a Christmas Tree. While B and I don't have a real tree (we have three fake trees, I know, so extra), we still enjoy the experience of going with my parents to help them select their own. Finding the tree is always a process; it has to be the perfect one. There's something about wandering the rows of a Christmas Tree Farm looking for your family tree. Everyone always has their idea of a perfect tree, and that's what makes the experience so magical. As we were carrying our tree to the car, we heard a young girl advise the employee, "careful with our beauty!" It was such a sweet and simple reminder of the magic of the holiday season; it truly is the most wonderful time of year. Do you get a real tree or a fake tree?
There are so many good pieces at Loft right now! I was overwhelmed. I wanted it all. I don't think I've ever brought that much into a dressing room before & I had to leave a few pieces out. Additionally, they are still offering 40% off you entire purchase and FREE SHIPPING, so many of you share my complaints about the shipping cost at Loft, but for two days only they are offering free shipping on any order. Now is the time to pick up those holiday pieces that you've been eyeing.
For this try-on, I focused on building a holiday wardrobe centered around a few staple pieces that could mix & match together.

Hello Lovely, thanks for stopping in and checking out my blog! My style tends to be classic and preppy with a mix of trendy pieces. I am a school teacher so my wardrobe is modest and practical! Great for the typical working girl.
