Another Book Round-Up

I usually consider myself such a reader. I find it so enjoyable, and relaxing. However; due to the obvious unusual circumstances of being home I've found it harder to motivate myself to do anything, even reading. With that said, lately I've been forcing myself to get back into reading and every time I do I find I'm so glad I do. Reading provides a little bit of distraction from all the uncertainty in the world.

In efforts to be more intentional, I've focused all my reading for the month around books I own and have yet to read. Can anyone else relate?

I love book shopping. I'm so excited to head into a Barnes and Noble and scoop up a few books or even better, have Amazon deliver my latest picks in two days. However; new "it" books are published all the time, usually shifting my focus and as a result, I've ended up with a stack of books I haven't gotten around to reading yet. So now, I'm making time to read all those books.

Let's get to my review:

March Top 10 Best Sellers

Hey Y'all, I am excited to announce I have got my self organized enough to have BLOG POSTS every Monday and Wednesday for the rest of the month. I rarely ever write blog posts ahead of time because I want my posts to be authentic and natural. In efforts to stay true to that, I did the leg work of a few blog posts (IE adding photos and linking everything), so I will be able to focus on writing and getting these out ON TIME for the next couple of weeks. Hopefully, this habit sticks.

For today's post, I was inspired by a few bloggers I follow to share a round-up of their top weekly or top monthly best seller's and I thought, why not, us??

Although we are a small community over here at Roses and Rain Boots, we all unite over a few of the same core beliefs; y'all are MY people!

Ann Taylor Spring Capsule Wardrobe Try-On

Good morning all,

I know a lot of us are working from home and will be for the unseeable future. And while I love to change into my loungewear after a long day of work, that's just it. I have found that for me, personally, I need to change and get ready for the day. It dramatically increases my mood and productivity. So while these items may not all be realistic for tomorrow, they are staple pieces that can mix and match to create a variety of looks, and there WILL be a day when we all return to the office and these are some great pieces to make a statement.

Today, I will be sharing 9 pieces to create a beautiful spring capsule wardrobe for spring.

In the capsule wardrobe: 2 jackets, 2 pairs of pants, 3 shirts, and 2 pairs of shoes.
(also featured the IT bag for spring and summer and a pair of denim).
