5 Best Blog Posts of 2020

While 2020 was a year of challenges and struggles, it was also a year of success and celebrations. 2020 was a big year for my blog. As a result, I thought it would be fun to take a look back at the top 5 blog posts y'all continue to look.

#5 Your Guide to Navigating the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

Glad to see that y'all still love Nordstrom as much as I do. Nordstrom is one of my favorite places to shop because of the ease with free shipping and returns. Plus, now they are trying to compete with Amazon and often offer free two-day shipping. This year the sale was a bit frustrating with all the different phases open for shopping and things selling out quickly. Hopefully, next year will be a little better. Also, I feel like the sale can be a bit overwhelming and intimidating. I tried to keep the post real with pieces that you ACTUALLY need. So again, I appreciate that it was a top-five post.

#4 MICHELE Watch @ Mallove's Jewelers

Ah! I love introducing y'all to my favorite things and love even more when it means supporting a local small business. Mallove's is where my husband and I choose to shop for our fine jewelry, and it was easy for me to want to partner with them for my 30th birthday. I absolutely love my two-toned MICHELE watch; it's so timeless and classic. If you have any upcoming milestones, I highly encourage you to visit Mallove's Jewelers.

#3 Creating your backyard date night

This was one of my favorite Covid projects! I loved that we could take a $100 picnic table and create so many memories with it. I'm so glad that this blog post made it into the top five, because I love sharing a love of fashion and decorating. Plus, for more information on our DIY project, check out the behind the scenes here.

#2 The Best of Black Friday/ Cyber Monday Sales

This is another post I am so happy to see has made the top 5 list. I love creating gift guides and rounding up sales, and ultimately being a shopping resource for you during the holiday season. However, at the same time, those posts take the LONGEST to write and publish. There's so so much thought and linking that goes behind each sale and gift idea to share, so it's such a rewarding feeling to see that y'all are loving it too. (See more here on Instagram.)

#1 Holidays at home with Ann Taylor

I am SO glad this post made the top five. I actually can't believe how much y'all loved this post! It was one of my FAVORITE's to make. I love walking through each outfits in mirror selfies so that you can get a real authentic look at the pieces. But then I also loved sharing how these pieces easily transitioned into my actual day to day life. (See more here on Instagram.)
