I am SO happy & grateful that my girls and I were able to get ready at my parent's house. This house will forever feel like home to me. While preparing for the actual day, I figured the morning before would busy so it was really important to me that everyone feel comfortable and everyone had a space to relax in.
Although this may sound contradictory, because there will be downtime during the "getting ready" process, the actual morning is SO busy and I’m grateful that we didn’t have to add travel time into the equation. Join me today as I share our "morning of" timeline.

The morning began at 5 am when sleep was no longer possible as excitement took over. Luckily two of my girls were also awake and came running in to join me!
The Brunch- {8am- 12 pm} Throughout the morning, the girls and I were able to relax and brunch in our BHLDN robes, while we alternated getting ready.
The Hair- {8am- 12 pm} I am so glad I went with my gut instinct and had two hair stylists. Thankfully, the hair stylists arrived early, because as is to be expected, things took longer than planned. However; due to their early arrival everything went smoothly & we stayed on schedule!
The Makeup- {9am- 12 pm} We only had one makeup artist, which worked out well because we went for an understated “glammed” up every day look. Typically makeup artists require 30 minutes/person. * be sure to factor in set up when planning for times *
The Getting “Dressed” (and pictures)- {12pm- 1 pm} Then came the fun part, putting on the dress and taking some before pictures.
