Beach Wear & End of Summer

So if you have ever been to Maine before, then you know how SERIOUSLY,  cold frigid the water is. Taking these pictures really required a lot of my self-control not to go running out of the water screaming. But, what's better than combining two of my favorite things: the beach & a donut float?! So I "women-ed up" and went and stood in the icy cold water for a few photos.

What to Wear Running & Where You NEED to Get Your Sneakers From

With fall knocking on our door this week in Connecticut, I figured it was time to share my favorite legging crops for working out. Crops are perfect for those cooler morning or evening runs. The material is great because it keeps me warm, while wicking away moisture (well, let's call what it is, sweat). This bright tank is also part of my workout attire rotation. It is currently on sale for less than $10 and is perfect for running. It is so lightweight I barely even notice it's there.

So I’m sure y’all are sick of hearing about my trip to Ogunquit, but I’m not done yet. It’s truly a favorite place of mine to vacation. This quaint little town has the most gorgeous landscaping paired with breath taking views. So of course, when the opportunity arose, I had to take some pictures next to these lovely blooms.

Those long weekends away, that are filled with beach and pool time, great food, even better views and most importantly quality time with the family, are my favorite. Although Ogunquit is only a few hours from home, this beautiful place by the sea, is truly my oasis.

Hello there & happy hump day to you! Today is actually extra exciting because not only does my weekend start early but so does my boyfriend's. Early tomorrow morning and, I mean before 7am early, we will be heading to Ogunquit, Maine with my extended family. This annual trip is one of the highlights of my summer.
