Your guide to navigating the best of Black Friday Shopping 2019

Good Morning & Happy Thanksgiving! Today & everyday I'm thankful for Y'all! You are the reason I have this little space on the internet and why I keep it going, even when the algorithm on Instagram is awful, like last night. This holiday season I want to be your number 1 resource. If you're looking for something & don't see it on my holiday page, let me know!

Since Black Friday & Cyber Monday are here! I've rounded up a list of the top sales happening right now. I find the sales to be so overwhelming that I only picked a few stores that I enjoy shopping at & y'all love to shop at too! Also, to help you navigate by people and items on your list, I organized the stores by category  clothing, accessories, and home decor/other!

As always, thank you for shopping with my links!
These posts take a long time to put together so I appreciate all your support!!

Happy Shopping!

The Ultimate Gift Guide for HIM

I'm excited to bring you today's post because I enlisted the help of B to bring you the highly requested
gift guide for men

I feel like men can be SO difficult to shop for, mainly because it's out of my wheelhouse. Clothes, I'm fine with it. Home decor, I've got this. Sports stuff, technology, tools.... um, not my specialty. With help from an expert, B, I'm bringing you some of his favorite gifts & his current wish list for any guy in your life. With that said, I hope y'all understand that this was not a quick process either. It took hours for me to gather some gift ideas from B.

Hope Y'all enjoy . . .

Evereve Try-On Styling Session

I'm so thrilled and humbled to be sharing that I've partnered with Evereve for the next year to shop & share my favorite pieces from their collection each month. I actually discovered Evereve a few years back, thanks to my friend Steph. Both Steph and I have a love of shopping and finding unique pieces, combined with timeless investment pieces. Evereve is great because they carry super unique, trendy, and edgy pieces, along with some of my favorite brands, like Hudson denim, Paige denim, and Spanx.

At my last visit, my stylist, without even meeting me, looked at my Instagram feed and curated these three stunning outfits! I couldn't believe how much I loved them all. Some of the looks featured pieces I wouldn't have picked for myself, like this leopard jacket, but I loved it! If you aren't close to a store, you can sign up for their stylist box, where a stylist handpicks outfits for you based on descriptions and pictures you provide. How cool is that?

easy outfit for work.

exact shirt // similar faux leather skirt options here and here
exact boots, worth the splurge // similar wrap bracelet, exact boho cuff
exact crossbody bag // exact necklace

Good morning & happy Monday. I hope your week is off to a fabulous start. I'm a firm believer that every day is a new day & every week is a new week. Meaning, I try to start each Monday by getting up early and setting my intentions for the week. What are some things you are hoping to accomplish this week?

Some of my favorite things to do in the morning consist of reading my devotional, finishing my blog post for the day, engaging on Instagram, and eating breakfast. I don't usually get to all of these, but I try my best to focus on a few things and get them done. Above all else, I believe eating breakfast is so crucial with starting my day off on the right foot. Finally, I try to jot down some daily and weekly goals for myself. Writing down my intentions helps to hold me a little more accountable and prioritize them. What is your morning routine like? Do you have a morning routine?

affordable work wear

By now, most of you know that I work full time in a middle school. You also know that my style is pretty modest and classic. I love pieces that will last from season to season, with the occasional trendy piece mixed in. I also enjoy dressing up for work. I don't always love the price tag since some of these items are strictly for work. However, I've been working harder to buy pieces that work for both work & weekend casual.

48 hour Nantucket Travel Guide

It was Thursday night after what seemed like a long week when B&I decided we should take a trip to Nantucket. B had never been, and I had not been to the Island in nearly 15 years.
We knew we wouldn't be able to make it work for Friday night. So we agreed to wake up early drive to Cape Cod and catch a semi-early ferry out to the Island.

So truthfully, the post title is slightly misleading because we didn't have a full 48 hours, more like 34 hours, but that didn't seem as catchy.
