5 Affordable Target Finds you NEED for Spring and Summer

Today I'm reaping 5 recent purchases I've made and LOVE from Target. The best part, they are all UNDER $25... say WHATT??

I actually purchased all of these items at my last Target visit the week before there was "news" we would be closing school for two weeks. Funny how much has changed already. All of these items have been great for spring, and working around the house, plus they will transition to summer easily. Remember, purchase something that you can picture or visualize how you would wear it, at least two times, if not 3. Underneath each item, I will be sharing 3 ways I would style this piece.

I've definitely been missing long walks down the Target isles, but thankfully their online sales have been making up for it. What's one luxury thing you are missing?
Shop:

Slip dress.
A classic slip dress is all the rare for another year in the row as a must-have dress for summer. Don't be fooled tho, while I love Madewell as much as the next girl, you don't need to spend $80 on a slip dress, when you can get a nearly identical one for less than half the cost.

In fact it's so good, why not get more than one?

I love a basic slip dress, because it can be worn alone (1), layered with a jacket or sweater, or better yet (2), tuck it into  a skirt (pictured below) to create a totally unique look (3).

Another favorite, is this basic t-shirt dress. Having a comfortable t-shirt dress makes it easy for getting ready to run errands (1), looks cute as a beach cover up (2), and can be dressed up for a summer  date night with wedges and a denim jacket (3). Anyone else looking forward to those summer picnics?

Another favorite is this eyelet top! It comes in three colors, immediately I was drawn to the white one. But since I already have quite a few white tops for summer, I picked up this lilac one and was surprised to learn that it was B's favorite from this haul.

I can't wait to style it with my favorite denim shorts for summer (1), pair it with jeans while working from home (2), and pair it white jeans and wedges for a summer date night, even if it is just to our backyard (3).

Lastly, adding a new doormat and flowers is a fun way to brighten up your front entry way for spring. As soon as I saw this doormat I immediately *added to cart* I just knew it would bring a smile to my face every time I returned home. I find that taking care to add little personalized items of decor around our rental really helps it feel more like home.
